Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older to purchase a print. You may enter another person’s name and birth details only if you have a genuine relationship with them and a fair reason to create a keepsake. Do not use the site to impersonate someone or to generate a reading meant to harass.

The on-screen Soul Contract is offered at no charge so you can see the bond before you print. It is generated for you in that session. We do not promise a particular astrological outcome, a true past life, or a complete natal chart. Optional birth time and place deepen the writing when you give them; they are not required.

When you pay, you are buying a personal licence to download and print that Soul Contract PDF for yourself and the person named in it — on paper, as a gift, on your wall. You are not buying the generator, Cosmo, the card layout, the backgrounds, the brand, or the right to resell readings or to offer a similar service using our system.

Pack and Lifetime offers add extra print credits for your household’s later keepsakes, on the same terms. Credits are not cash and are not transferable.

Soul Contract (the name, logo, site, card design, backgrounds, and code) stays ours. The reading’s wording is created for your keepsake; you may print and share that one card privately. You may not copy the layout or brand to sell your own soul-contract product.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal. The PDF is delivered as a download as soon as payment is confirmed. If you choose print-and-mail ($24.99 CAD), we also print the card and post it to the address you give; coupons do not apply to that offer. If the file fails to download, write to SoulContractGenerator@gmail.com and we will replace it. Because this is a digital keepsake delivered immediately, completed purchases are otherwise final.

How we handle names, birth dates, and payment is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell birth data.

The site, Cosmo, and the printer’s layout may pause, err, or change as we improve them. We are not liable for special or indirect loss, or for how a reading is received. If something on the card is simply broken, email the shop and we will make it right where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If a court finds one line unenforceable, the rest still stands.
